In accordance with the Law art. 13 of legislative decree 196/2003, it Is your right to be informed on the fact that the data you provided us will be dealt with for the purposes concerned to verify the availability of the rooms in the in demand dates, and to manage the booking of the rooms. The data you will provide us with, will exclusively known by Hotel Due Leoni employees, who will specifically be authorized to deal with these data as instructed to the data processing ex ad. 30 d.lgs 196/03, with the only aim to improve the performances you required. The employees in charge with data processing are bound to keep secrecy and privacy, also on the basis of internal regulations.

Art. 7— Right to enter persona/data and other rights.
1. The concerned person has the right to get the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data about themselves, a/so if data are not recorded and their communication in intelligible manner
2. The concerned person has the right to get indication:
a) about the origin of personal data;
b) about the purposes and modalities of the data processing; :.
c) about the logic applied when the processing is done with the aid of electronic means.
d) about the identify details of the holder, the people in charge, and the representative designate according to the law art. 5, paragraph 2;
e) about The subjects or the categories to whom personal data can be communicated, or tat can be acquainted with as representative appointed in the State territory, about people in charge or appointees.
3. The concerned person has the right to get:
a) the updating, the correction, or rather when there is interest, the integration of data;
b) the deletion the transformation in anonymous form, or the block of data treated when infringing the !aw, including data which conservation is no use, in relation to the purpose for which they have been collected and subsequently dealt with;
o) The statement that operations referring to letter a) and b) have come to the knowledge of the people to whom the data — and their contents — have been communicated or diffused.
4 The concerned person has the right to oppose completely or partially:
a) for legitimate reasons, the personal data processing concerning themselves, even if pertinent to the aim of the collection;
b) to the personal data processing concerning themselves with the aim of sending ad material or direct sale
